Woah, October Already?

So for those…(if any) had started to read my blog before it came to a halt, thanks!

Again i can only appologize for the pooor efforts!!!

I will try to keep this updated but as I have just made it to the last year of university im feeling that all ill blog about is the stress, work, stresss, essays, and the Big one

Not Raising so much ‘Hell in Helsinki’ these days…..

Just realised that i promised myself and others that I would keep myself a blog of the journey I began when I landed in helsinki last january.

- what a cop out. reading back on my entire blog, its. well. not bad Ashambles!!

Muchos appologies, so maybe ill just keep you updated (myself rather on a count of having no followers lol)with the more importer things of 2011!!!

Sometimes all we need is a little appreciation. At the same time, let us not forget to appreciate others around us.

Nothern Lights, Aurora (nothern Lights) Finally made an appearance on the last night in Lapland, was worth waiting for. Kinda like they were there one minute and gone the next &#8230; pretty incredible I think its all to do with electrical fields and gases. Im no scientist but thats pretty complex to make something so beautiful. see Northern Lights     another thing crossed off the bucket list.

So my sister came to see me last weekend which was really sweet and a nice city break in Helsinki cit Centre. A shame that the rest of my family didnt come out to see me but never mind I guess its not long to go now. I havent always been the nicest sister but fairplay to Beth shes always been 100% there.        So next time your siblings are doing your head in and your just about to slate the helllllll out of them. Remember that some people havent even got brothers or sisters, or even worse - they&#8217;ve died. I &lt;3 my sister.                                         (((((((((also applys to parents))))))))

It’s that time again….

And so another essay falls on the TO DO list. Great all I need but I suppose they’ve got to give us students something to do right? But what really gets on my nerves is why do i have to write an essay on ridiculous issues and subjects.

Whats even worse than an essay…. A presintation. Why? of all things A research presintation? Fair enough if i’m studying media but really a research? Im not a scientist…..

I’d like to enjoy theory please not despise the reason why I come into University every morning!!!

Team Birra.

Team birra Consists of;

Camille (french) Helouise (french) Adja (slyvainian) Prisilla (brazillian) Katya (Brazillian) Christoph/German Guy/ GG(german suprisingly) Diego (Italian)        Paul (welsh) & me.

Whilst on the longgggggg 16 hour journey to Lapland we had to decide what accomodation we would prefer. We chose the good old log cabin. We orriginally picked another log cabin  but generous as me and paul are, we gave up our log cabin for a people that came as a group. Funny how everything happens for a reason. Now we were placed in Cabin Birra, bitterly dissapointed we got off the bus and lugged our bags to the Cabin.

What amazing people! Although we were like the united nations and the accients were a little difficult at the start we had such a laugh together. It’s hard when you have to depart probably knowing that you may never see them again. I suppose wherever you go in the world theres always people you similar to you, away from your family, living a totally different life.

So here are our lovely doggs, wanted to bring them all home and cuddle them to death.

Husky Safari!

whilst in Lapland we booked a session to experience husky sledges, Fairplay it was amazing, but sad.

Looking back at the experience I used to feel happy thinking the dogs were so happy to run because it was in theyre nature. A little deeper and i realise that the dogs ran for a kind of freedom. Harnessed, being on the end of a lead all the time is cruel after all dogs were not originally domestic, no animals were always domestic they should be free and not harvested like some people repeatidly do to make money.

They are such beautifuls creatures, even if 80% of the time you see their rear ends….

This years theme is all about ‘Comics’.                                                                                                        So all you marvel lovers, this is for you!
